Michelle is a dedicated yogi and passionate yoga teacher. She is half English, half Czech and grew up in Munich. Her style of Yoga is called Vijnana Yoga, but she is open to all different styles. Vijnana Yoga is a Hatha Yoga style which encompasses the practice of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath control), Dhyana (meditation) and the studies of texts. "My objective in teaching Yoga is to share my love for movement".
